Legacy Storykeepers was born out of both love and loss.
After losing both her parents within four years, Zarinah El-Amin, cultural anthropologist and publisher, realized something powerful:
when an elder passes, a library burns.
Despite having over a decade of experience publishing books for others, she hadn’t captured her own parents’ stories and she couldn’t go back.
That regret turned into a mission: to help as many families as possible preserve their stories while there’s still time.
